Shipping & Returns
Every okaycokey piece is handmade from recycled 925 sterling silver and packed with care before it leaves the studio. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you safely — and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
UK Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard shipping costs £3.00, and is free on all UK orders over £50.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 business days, though this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Made-to-Order & Back-Order Items
Some pieces are made to order or available on a back-order basis. These items will show an estimated lead time of up to 2 weeks before dispatch. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We don't currently offer international shipping through the online shop. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Packaging
Your jewellery will arrive in our biodegradable packaging — because we care about the planet as much as we care about the craft. All orders include a gift-ready presentation box at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your okaycokey piece. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
To start a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been issued. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care with every piece, but if your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and your order details. We'll always make it right — whether that's a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke pieces are made especially for you and are non-refundable unless faulty. If you have any concerns about a custom order, please get in touch before placing it — we're always happy to chat through the details.
One-of-a-Kind Pieces
One-of-a-kind pieces are eligible for return under the same 28-day policy, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Once a unique piece is gone, it's gone — so if you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible.
